The My-Giga 1m³ is a professional-grade large-format 3D printer designed for industrial and professional applications demanding

IDEX System – Independent Dual Extruders

Equipped with an Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, the My-Giga1m³ allows you to operate two extruders independently for greater flexibility and productivity:

  • Singular Mode: Standard single-extruder printing.
  • Dual Color Mode: Print with two different colors or materials
  • simultaneously.
  • Copy Mode: Double your productivity by printing two identical items

  • Mirror Mode: Print mirrored parts simultaneously, ideal for

  • Support with Different Materials: Utilize soluble or break-away

E3D Super Volcano Extruder

The printer is equipped with the renowned E3D Super Volcano extruder, delivering significantly increased flow rates and enabling faster printing speeds without sacrificing print quality, making it ideal for large-scale manufacturing.

Segmented Heated Bed

The heated build platform is divided into 16 independently controlled

segments, providing precise thermal control to ensure optimal adhesion.

Controller Board

Key Features of Duet Controllers:

  • Powerful Processors: Duet controllers, specifically the Duet 2 WiFi driving the My-Giga1M3, are equipped with 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontrollers running at 120MHz, ensuring swift, reliable, and precise control over complex large-format printing tasks.
  • High-Capability Stepper Drivers & Modular Expansion: Combining the Duet 2 WiFi with the Duex5 Expansion Board provides a total of 10 high-performance TMC2660 stepper drivers, each capable of delivering up to 2.4A RMS per phase. This 10-channel setup allows complete control over heavy-duty stepper motors, multi-extruder systems, and independent z-axis setups required for large-scale digital fabrication.
  • Seamless WiFi Connectivity & Dedicated Web Control: The Duet 2 WiFi offers native high-speed WiFi networking featuring a built-in dedicated Web Interface (RepRapFirmware). This allows you to wirelessly control, monitor, update firmware, and manage the My-Giga1M3 directly from any web browser on your PC, tablet, or phone without relying on external displays.
